Qualifications:
● Passion for Sustainability: Commitment to sustainability and a deep interest in environmental and social issues.
● Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively convey technical information and findings to diverse stakeholders.
● Team Collaboration: Works well in a team, fostering a collaborative environment, and contributing positively to collective goals.
● Education: Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, Sustainability Management, or a related field.
● Experience: Minimum 3 years of professional experience in waste management or water conservation projects.
● Project Management: Analysis skills, business planning skills for customer needs.
● Certification: Relevant certifications about waste management or water conservation.
● Foreign Language: Having fluency in English.
● A Plus: Graduation from international certifications or training programs.
Responsibilities:
● Develops strategies to reduce waste or implements the developed strategies.
● Determining the project needs according to the needs of customers in waste management, phasing them and carrying out all project steps completely.
● Creating project reports on waste management.
● Designs effective strategies and manages the implementation of projects in these areas.
