GRI Reporting

GRI Reporting

Sustainability Reporting is the most strategic tool in today's corporate world, enabling companies to present their environmental, social, and economic impacts to stakeholders in a transparent, measurable, and accountable manner. The most widely used, reliable, and globally recognized framework in this reporting process is the GRI (Global Reporting Initiative) standards.

GRI standards allow companies to effectively evaluate their sustainability performance according to international norms, conduct data-driven analyses, and report these results in a professional language. This comprehensive framework does not only ensure local and international legal compliance; it also provides an unwavering strategic foundation in terms of corporate transparency, stakeholder credibility, and managerial accountability.

A reporting process prepared in full compliance with GRI standards enables you to communicate your company's sustainability strategies, vision, and future goals to investors, customers, and all stakeholders in a much more effective, convincing, and professional way.

Universal Standards

Universal Standards define the fundamental requirements applicable to all organizations and align human rights and environmental due diligence processes with international expectations. They consist of three main standards:

1. GRI 1: Foundation (2021)
This standard forms the basis of reporting and defines the essential principles for sustainability reporting.

Reporting Principles: These principles include elements such as transparency, comparability, accuracy, reliability, and clarity.

GRI 1 also explains how organizations should identify sustainability topics and comply with the reporting model.

2. GRI 2: General Disclosures (2021)
Includes general information about the company's organizational structure, the sector in which it operates, ownership structure, and sustainability management system.

Stakeholder Engagement: Explains how stakeholder groups are identified and involved in reporting processes.

Ethics and Transparency: Defines the company's ethical principles, anti-corruption policies, and approach to transparency.

3. GRI 3: Material Topics (2021)
Provides a framework explaining how the company identifies its most significant sustainability issues (material topics) and the economic, environmental, and social impacts of these topics.

Impact Assessment: This standard allows organizations to analyze their impacts in detail.

Universal Standards increase the consistency and comparability of reports by defining the baseline requirements applicable to every sector and organization type.
