Corporate and Product Carbon Footprint

A corporate carbon footprint covers all of a company's operations and is reported under ISO 14064-1. A product carbon footprint measures the emissions of a single product from raw material to end of life under ISO 14067. This data is also used in CBAM and EPD processes.

Scope and boundaries: We define the reporting year, facilities and emission categories to be included.
Data collection: We collect fuel, electricity, refrigerant, logistics and purchased goods and services data using templates we prepare for you.
Calculation: Emissions are calculated using up-to-date, traceable emission factors from sources such as IPCC and DEFRA.
Reporting: We prepare the report in ISO 14064-1 format and review the results with you.
Verification readiness: We prepare the evidence and documentation the accredited verification body will request.

Verification and Carbon Footprint Certification

What is commonly called a "carbon footprint certificate" is a verification statement issued after an accredited verification body reviews your report under ISO 14064-3. Greenix prepares your report to pass this verification. The verification statement itself is issued by the independent body.
